It’s true this is a good player with mixed reviews but for the money, it will probably suite most users. Too bad it’s not really HD (1080p)quaility.

    Unreliable, low quality device
I have had it for a month now, ant it has all sorts of problems, it skips a bit every 5 minutes or so, it does not recognize (randomly) my hard drives… Not worth it.

Not Compatible to HDCP & not 1080P
Cons: it does not work with HDMI receiver. I guess it’s not HDCP compatible.
This unit is only 1080i not 1080p.

    Great item for the price!
I bought this after buying the 500GB Screenplay. I love both. My only gripe is that, until today, none of the 6 thumb drives I tried worked with the ScreenPlay TV Link.
